About Us
Rolling Sounds was established in 1989. Before that, our Disc Jockey roots go a little further back. Our family started a Chicago & Northwest Indiana DJ service out of necessity. When our sisters band cancelled on her last minute she asked us to help. Since my family is crazy into music, we had a large collection of records to cover all the different tastes of all of the guests. We also had a couple of turntables and a large sound system. The reception was a huge success and it didn't take long for the family business to grow in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area's.
After hundreds of events I soon realized that helping people plan and have the best possible weddings and events was my passion. I also realized that almost every couple we met with needed help beyond what was available to them to put together a successful wedding. By 1989 there were more Chicago DJ services but very few would take the extra time and energy to help couples with all the elements of planning a successful wedding reception. I decided I would fill this void and Rolling Sounds was established in 1989. Over all these years we have helped thousands of couples plan and have the best weddings imaginable.
